INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS

Admission Requirements

Credential Evaluation

International students who attended school outside of the United States must submit an evaluation of academic records. One of three credential evaluation centers located in the United States-- AACRAO or ASCISS or WES-- must provide this evaluation. Please request a course-by-course evaluation including a grade point average (GPA) and have an official copy sent directly to the Graduate School.  

Transcripts

Instruct your university to mail an official copy of your transcripts directly to the Graduate School office.

English Proficiency

International English Language Testing System (IELTS). A minimum overall score of 6.5 is required, except where noted. For more information, please refer to IELTS.

Deadlines

 

OR

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). A minimum overall score of 550 (paper-based testing) or a total of 79 on the iBT (Internet-based testing) is required, except where noted. For more information, please refer to TOEFL.
