Graduate degree-seeking students who
are unable to register as a result of
a lapse in enrollment (missing one fall
or spring term) must complete the Graduate
Reenrollment Request Form (PDF).

Graduate non-degree
students who are unable to register as
a result of lapse in enrollment must
complete a new graduate non-degree application
