The university issues a
photo ID card, called the ONE CARD. This card is free and does not have to be
renewed. Students should keep this card with them since it is necessary for
using services at Cook Library, Computing and Network Services, dining halls
and athletic facilities.
The CareerCenter can help graduate students looking for a part-time job, preparing for
an internship, seeking career information, or preparing for a job search.
They offer many services that meet graduate student needs and have a career
counselor specifically for graduate students.
The Graduate student
Association (GSA) upholds the mission of academic excellence at TowsonUniversity and provides a vehicle for graduate students to express their needs,
concerns and ideas.
In addition to textbooks,
the University Store also sells food, clothing, stationery, TowsonUniversity emblem-wear and gift items, and general reading materials.
The Albert S. Cook
Library, located near the center of campus, serves as the hub of print, media
and electronic information resources for the university.
Office of Technology
Services (OTS) is located on the first floor of Cook Library. Graduate
students must establish a computer account to access e -mail, news and Online
Services in order to register for classes. OTS also offers Internet resources
and personal web pages.
Campus Life, a division of
Student Affairs, is located in suite 232 of the
University Union. They offer a wide variety of clubs, events and services for
students.
