If you hold a master's degree in education, administration, human resource development or a related field, you can take your career to the next level with Towson's Certificate of Advanced Study (C.A.S.) in organizational change, an interdisciplinary program combining educational leadership, human resource management and work-force development. With a C.A.S. from Towson, you can advance in your current career or prepare for doctoral work in a related field.
The C.A.S. in organizational change is approved by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) for Administrator I certification, a requirement for supervisors, assistant principals and principals.
