Why earn an M.S. in Accounting and Business Advisory Services?
Take your career to a new level in one of the fastest growing fields with an M.S. in accounting and business advisory services, a program offered jointly by Towson University and the University of Baltimore's Merrick School of Business. If you already hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, the additional specialized accounting course work will count toward the 150-hour requirement to sit for the Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam in Maryland and many other states. Students with bachelor's degrees in other fields are eligible for the program but must complete preparatory course work.
The program is fully accredited by AACSB- International (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), the "gold standard" for business education.

Graduates find positions as auditors, management accountants, consultants, internal auditors and other high-level roles in the public and private sector.
